RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns for store credit of the purchase price less shipping if the item is returned unworn and in its original condition (with all tags attached), and the return is received by Beni Boutique within 14 days of delivery. We suggest that you obtain insurance when returning a package, as we cannot be responsible for returned packages lost in the mail. Please allow 14 business days for your credit to be processed.

Please note that items marked "FINAL SALE" are not returnable.

Returned unclaimed packages: If an order is returned to us by the postal service as "unclaimed" or "refused", the customer has either the option of having the item reshipped at their cost (actual expense), being issued a store credit, or being issued a refund, less a 20% restocking fee ($25 maximum).

AUTHENTICITY:
All of our items are guaranteed to be authentic.

SIZING:
Since sizing can vary dramatically from designer to designer, we provide all measurements, including the interior length for shoes when possible; this is the foot bed length from toe to heel. We suggest that you measure the interior length of a similarly shaped shoe, with approximately the same height heel, to help you make the best choice. The shoulder strap(s) of handbags is measured from the top of the bag. And in addition, the sleeve length is measured from shoulder to cuff. Please email us if you have any other questions.

ITEM DESCRIPTION:
All of our merchandise is thoroughly looked over for flaws. If any are found, they will be clearly detailed in the item’s description. Similarly, previously owned merchandise will be noted as "used" or "worn", and all used garments will have been professionally dry cleaned.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we at Beni Boutique do not warrant that the content of our site is error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Our Story

        Beni Boutique launched on the web in 1999 with the goal of making high fashion more accessible. The price of being stylish can often be a little disheartening, so we decided to carry shoes, handbags and clothing from exclusive, and elusive, designers like Manolo Blahnik, Prada, Gucci and Chanel at discount prices, with most of our merchandise on sale at 50% off or more.
        Our buyers rummaged through boutique and department store sales, as well as outlet stores, in search of beautiful, and not too trendy, pieces that would serve you well for many years. We viewed these shoes and handbags as fashion “assets” and treasures to one day be discovered in grandma’s closet.
        Today we generally carry shoes from Manolo Blahnik, Prada and Gucci, handbags from Kate Spade and Ferragamo, and clothing from Vivienne Tam, Tocca and Tse. Often we have items in limited quantities from designers like Jimmy Choo and Chanel. And occasionally, we are able to offer handbags or small leather goods from Louis Vuitton.
